Our Services

Hillstone Woodbury Concrete provides professional concrete contractor services including driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and more. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All services are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your project timeline, but circumstances beyond our control may affect scheduling.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the information you provide and a site inspection. The final cost may vary if actual conditions differ from what was described or observed during the initial assessment.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if there are changes to the scope of work, material costs, or unforeseen site conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where work was performed.

Warranties

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary based on the type of work performed.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground movement, freezing and thawing cycles, or acts of nature beyond our control.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Changes to the scope of work after the project has begun may result in additional charges and extended completion times.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that our crew has access to the work area, including unlocked gates and clear pathways. You must also ensure that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

You agree to keep children and pets away from the work area for safety reasons. Any damage to existing structures or utilities caused by inaccurate information about their location is not our responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

We carry appropriate insurance for our work, but we are not liable for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked by the appropriate utility companies.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any problems.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be subject to mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
